Living in scandinavia and having spent winters in cabins with far less glass/plastic than this:

That looks HELLA COLD!

I'd love to sleep there. Unless it's after watching some video on the web about aliens peeking into your windows at night. Damn aliens.

Charming = 10/10

Heat = 7/10

Efficiency = 5/10

Looks extremely cozy and cute. Also growing up with a woodstove I can definitely say those things can throw some massive heat. But... log cabins are slightly better than almost nothing at holding/containing heat. The amount of windows aswell only makes it more of a battle to keep the place warm.

Will it be warm in there ? Probably.

But you will have to keep that stove roaring and will go through wood like nobody's business. In the dead of winter that pile of wood on the wall is probably only about 2 days worth, depending on how warm you like it.

Perfect for a hunting cabin, or little getaway cottage. But to live there all winter... I hope you like hauling wood.
