It is my duty to study politics and war so my sons may have the liberty to study math and philosphy. My sons ought to study math and philosophy to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, and architecture.
What's the point of life if we aren't going to enjoy it.
I needed to hear this. I'm currently in college, pursuing what I love, while everyone else is going to be a doctor or scientist or psychologist. Honestly embarrassed to tell people my major.
