I suspect that much straight male fear of gay men, stems from the fear that gay men will treat straight man the way straight men treat women. — Professor Harbinger but SPOOKY!! (@profharbinger) October 24, 2018

straight men can be pushy, insistent, and annoying to women at bars, ignoring their protests to keep harassing/hitting on them. those same straight men would be very uncomfortable being hit on by gay men and would understand what its like having the terms of your consent violated — ❝ 𝙁𝙄𝙕𝙕 ❞ (@burstbombz) October 25, 2018

a straight guy I'm friends with goes to this one gay club sometimes because he likes the music or something, and he's said that getting touched and hit on while he's there has given him a loooot of perspective about what women go through

This is actually a great way to explain to some seople what exactly constitutes consent, they should try to see it from the point of view of someone who is being hit on someone they don't find attractive.
