MissX met me at a party once, liked me and wanted to go for a drink. She had seemed fun at the party so I said "fuck it" and the awkward date was set up.
From the very beginning, this one word answer bullshit was all I got. It was absolutely the most awkward situation ever. She just had nothing to say. I must have asked a hundred questions, and got nothing to work with.
At one point I wondered if I was being filmed, and this was some sort of social experiment.
After about an hour, I made an excuse, apologised and got the fuck out of there. Apparently she had a nice time, and was interested in me; god knows how I was supposed to know that though.
15 years on, I am getting anxious just thinking about it.
