What is this? These have been showing up on my floor they are very small and sharp I had to use a magnifyer attachment on my phone to get a good shot of it. BTW I've tried to upload this three times but the auto mod had other ideas

I think it’s important to note that since these are for acupuncture you should consider them biohazardous sharps waste. Don’t go poking yourself with them - you might catch a nasty surprise.
Now that we know what they are. I am curious how they ended up in OPs house without them knowing what they are, and having lived in the same house for 11 years.
Perhaps OP visited somewhere where these got used, and they stuck to OPs shoe soles?
