There's something incredibly cute about this! The arm through the fence to pet the dog. And then the fact that the dog is laying there makes me think this has happened before!
I'm a painter, and when I paint exteriors, I do this very often. Sometimes it's to calm them down so they don't bark alllllll daaaaay, but mostly because I love them.
