Ryanair, awful to their passengers and staff since 1984

RyanAir once dropped us off on the wrong airport on our return trip (about 300km from our actual destination) in the middle of the night and refused to offer any kind of support from thereon. We had to spend the night on the airport and rent a car from our own means to get to our destination.

RyanAir knew before we took off they wouldn't be allowed to land at the destination airport. Due to a 4 hour delay, as landing is not allowed there after midnight. They should have just arranged for bussess or something to get us there. Now they are being sued by an entire plane full of people. Also, when the RyanAir service counter on the airport we were dropped at finally opened, the only response from the lady manning the counter to our questions was: "Not my problem".

Surely if the company has access to a crew room they could have a room with a load of cheapo bunk beds in?

Oh but it's Ryanair, suprised they didn't just grind the staff up and serve them on the next flight.
