It's good to see more male celebrities opening up about mental illness. The taboo about males having mental illnesses runs deep in most cultures, and so many men suffer in silence. Hopefully this discussion continues and begins to shift the popular notion of "mental illness = weakness" so that more people can get the help they need, free of shame or social stigma.
