When I can't fall asleep, I imagine walking down a beach in the summer. I'm surrounded by people and there's gulls making whatever noise they make and its warm. It always helps me drift off
I don't sleep. I just close my eyes and wake up. I'm hardly ever relaxed or refreshed. As soon as my eyes are open, I feel disappointed that I lived through the night.

I've tried that before. Usually I just end up crying for an hour rather than using my phone for an hour. So no extra sleep.
