Disclaimer: a friend of mine wrote this for me but the story is my own.

This guy at my middle school has raped three girls at my school and has now started targeting me at school.

He usually tries to get in a relationship with these girls and when they are in a private setting he pushes to far and forces them to do sexual acts.

And after he did this to the third girl in my school he has started harassing me at school since the day I had my first game and for game day clothes we wore dresses. when we were going to our locker room he tried to unbutton my dress for whatever reason. From there I have been harrassed on multiple occasions, one of which is where he pulled at my hair. The first time he pulled my hair I warned him not to do it again or else (I'm a black belt in TKD) when he did it the second time I palm heel strikes him in the nose (pretty much and open-handed punch). When I hit him he got a bloody nose and he told the faculty.

On almost every occasion he would harass me I would report him to the faculty whether that be the main office or a teacher I would usually be ridiculed with him getting off scot free. But, when he told the faculty while having a bloody nose from my self defense I was punished, I got in school suspended and had to write an apology note to him.

That was just two instances of his harassment but telling every story would make this post too long. Is there any way of recourse?

When I was in elementary school (in the early 90's), another student kept messing with me and pulling my hair. I told him repeatedly to stop and he persisted. The teachers gave zero fucks. I was fed up and the next time he did it, I slapped him hard enough across his stupid face to leave a mark.

I received no punishment, (from what I remember it was because he was too ashamed to admit that it was a girl that hit him). But he did stop harassing me.

For good or ill, it definitely helped shape the person I am today...

Sometimes reading LA makes me feel like the people in charge of schools think they have their own little country where state laws don't apply and they just get to do whatever they feel like doing
