When I was 17 my mom said she'd sign for me to get some ink and I decided I wanted Grover with an Afro on my hand with his legs going down my pointer and middle fingers, so I could make him dance on tables. The artist refused. "I don't care if your mom consents, you WILL regret that and I won't do it."
Many times over the years I've reflected on how glad I am that I don't have a disco Grover on my hand. Thanks Rocky.
