I’m 21 and I miraculously survived a medical situation that has practically never occurs someone my age. All surviving accounts I’ve found are late 40s onward, and in children. Usually it’s discovered during infancy, it kills the person, or it’s noticed and fixed when someone need to get their appendix removed.
Since I look mentally and physically capable, nobody really gives a shit that I literally died in the middle of college for a semester?
“Your hands shake and you forget things? That’s me when I drink coffee!”
“You were hospitalized last semester? At least you got a nice break and you got to come back!”
Ok so we were going on a trip for school and my teacher said "if you don't know what bus you're taking ask me" and a minute later I ask him and he acts as if I'm stupid because I should know

When you’re never taught anything practical so you have tons of questions but you can’t ask them without destroying your credibility.
And nowhere on google can you find something specific enough to your problem.
