The Friday the 13th game and Jaws game were hard as hell when I was younger, but I revisited those bastards now as an adult and beat the fuck out of them! Eat shit NES game difficulty!

Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles for NES still haunts me. The only thing harder to beat than that game was cancer.
