HLaZ is most likely short for HilfsLazarettZug, which is a medic platoon. So at some point a German platoon of medics were stationed there or supplied the hospital with material.

edit: there were Luftwaffe baracks in Zrenjanin (Groß-Betschkerek in german) during WW2 and Germans were the 3rd most common non-serbian inhabitants at the beginning of the 20th century.
