Ellen is receiving the Medal of Freedom in that photo, the highest honor for civilians. The other guy is receiving a Medal of Honor, the highest honor for military.
You can Google Obama passing out Medals of Honor to military vets and what not too if you cared. But you won't, cause you don't. Every president gives out both.
I wonder what Ellen got hers for? I could Google it, but uggg the button is all the way over there... its probably for starting ISIS or trying to take away our guns or something. There's really no way to know."

Obama didn't fight in Vietnam either. He got preferential treatment to avoid the draft.
