You ever been so high that you can feel part of your brain directing you to do something stupid, another part of your brain trying to tell you it's stupid, and you just ignore it all and keep doing it anyway? That's that loud.
Don't drive under the influence. Also don't give your car to someone you know is going to be driving under the influence since some places are proposing (passing?) laws to make that illegal too.
