That's odd because he was the guy who pushed the amendments through that changed everyone's votes. Namely creating a minimum amount of words to be claimable (so a publisher can't claim a sentence) and making only very big, curated sites eligible for the copyright filter. I'd say you'd need quite in-depth knowledge to make those amendments
