my parents live in puerto rico and saw first hand how devastating those storms were. this is an insult to the island and those lost.

Isn't the death toll numbers typical for this? When the storm first hits, people aren't out there counting bodies immediately. People are reported missing, crews start going into wreckage and finding bodies, etc. It's not like the storm blows through and an hour later we have the death toll.

I know, using logic on this is silly.
