When he finished writing it, he ran after the mailman and asked, "Can you please deliver this letter for me?". The mailman replied, "Uhh, it doesn't have a stamp." My brother said, "You don't need a stamp to deliver letters to the Prime Minister."

Two weeks ago, the reply arrived in the mail. My brother was overjoyed.

I had a professor who worked in politics and he said people in government have a requirement to reply to sent letters. He got our class to send a letter based upon some current issue to various members of government of our choosing. Sure enough, everyone got a unique reply. I had no idea they actually have to reply.
