This is a lovely visualization of mindfulness, in my opinion; I find it very comforting, it gives a sense of peaceful control over something that we mistakenly think we cannot control. I don’t think any of that was your intention, but it really can be seen that way... do you mind if I share it on the mindfulness subreddit ?
