I think it's even funnier that 2 people are dressed up and getting engaged at the same place where the people behind them picked up whatever clothes were on the floor and not wrinkled to put on and go to. Tourists and locals or classy and hungover?
Either the couple in the foreground are overdressed or the two in the background are underdressed but there’s a definite disparity in the level of dress these couples have.
