My wife ordered a Greek salad at a beachside restaurant recently and it came out with ham in it. She asked the waitress about it (it was literally marked vegetarian on the menu), who went and asked the kitchen, and they said "oh we have a bunch of leftover ham so we're just putting it in whatever doesn't already have meat in it".

It's not like there's a word for things without meat but still containing dairy.
