While not really an allergy, there is such a thing as Aquagenic Pruritus, which I have. It's similar to the Aquagenic Urticaria that others have mentioned, except that I don't get visible hives. It's a very weird thing and kind of difficult to understand, but I'd be happy to answer any questions about it.
No problems ingesting water, though. Reaction is confined to external skin only.
