I used to get reviews like this at work and it made me laugh when I was given praise in an overall comment but then not given 5/5 stars on my specific area!
Some customer left this review of our dealership and only gave us 4/5 and it bugs me every time I read it:
"We went in to see what they would offer on our current Accord. They offered what seemed to be a fair amount and that along with the Honda employee discount made the price of a new vehicle reasonable. The Honda employee is not very far from retirement so also wanted something to last a while. We had not really planned on going ahead and trading in immediately so had not cleaned out the old accord and it did need cleaning. Their folks cleaned most of it out for us making that one less task to do. The financing went fairly smooth as well. I put mostly good for rating because there is always room for improvement. I would actually give them a good plus."
We went so far as to clean their car out for them but she only gave us 4 stars 🤦♀️
