I too would like to apologize to my mom for complaining (albeit in my head) about never having nice things. My young teenage mind didn't grasp that we lived in a low employment southern state nor considered that you entered adult life disabled (from someone else's negligence) and couldn't work just ANY job. I understand now.

When I was young me and my momma had beef
