Pretty sure that qualifies as more than mildly infuriating. It's a huge dick move, because she probably counted on you finding out and having to treat the issue yourself.
My brother tried doing this to me once. Just before he left, i noticed his dog itching herself a ton, so i checked her. She was crawling with fleas.
Hard no way.
My brother proceeded to get infuriated with me. Still a hard no. I didn't care if he missed his flight. That dog wasn't going anywhere near my dogs, apartment or anything of mine.
