"So if you like how the person looks then you swipe right."

"Thank you young man, this should really come in handy!"

As a former Starbucks barista, that was a surprisingly large part of the job. As soon as the morning rush was over we used to get an adorable old vet come in with his posse. All 70's or 80's. They would sit their with their tablets, phones, and laptops. They would come and ask us for help with every technological issue they had. Especially when it came to "star dashes" or connecting to wifi. They were adorable and i miss them. They were a rowdy bunch and HUGE flirts. They need their own sitcom.

Edit: The oldest vet had this beautiful old thunderbird I believe. He got to know these little kids who asked him all sorts of questions about his car. They asked him about the air force sticker he had on the back. Well as little kids do, they asked him if he ever killed someone. Their parents were instantly horrified and the old man just laughed and said "nah, but i was shot down once and held POW for a while." Everyone within earshot went silent. The kids said cool and ran away not realizing the intensity of what just happened. I didnt know it was possible to have even more respect for that man. He was such a chill old flirt who knew he was the shit.

She will instantly forget everything he taught her once she leaves the store.
