For those wondering, it's the Church of Saint-Étienne-le-Vieux near Caen, France. It's been used for storage since the 1840's and has been completely abandoned since 1944, when it was hit by an artillery shell aimed at a column of German tanks. The French just never got around to repairing it.

Edit: the more I researched, the less sure I became that this is Saint Etienne le Vieux. There are several sources on google that call it St. E, but they may just be confirming each other. The other option is ‘Chapelle de l'ange au violon’, but that just identifies a statue inside: I haven’t been able to find any French chapel by that name. None of the photos I’ve found give a clear location other than St Etienne le Vieux. So, let me know if you have definite evidence.
