Why does Steve look so freaking YOUNG here? (no not Steve Young, young as in early in his life) Is the "commercial" supposed to be from before Season 1 ever took place? Like Steve had a Summer job here during his Sophomore year, or something?

This whole promo was filmed at the mall I went to as a child!
Sad part is, they probably didn’t have to change much. Place has been practically deserted since the late 90’s.
