Im imagining everytime they need an idea for a new skin the developers all get into a janky, old, broken down "out of service" shaft that goes a couple stories under ground and when it reaches the bottom there's just a 2 year old that they all call "the chosen one" sitting in the dark and they have him pull one more Lego dude out of safe and that's what they use for the new skin
