I am not hmmm. Because I live in Pakistan. This is common among Short Route buses. And the most fierce of them all is “Shakar-Garh Bus”. Their drivers race towards city, neglecting all the risks that wander upon heads of passengers. It overtakes everything and “brake” is unknown. This bus doesn’t care if a car is coming on it’s face while overtaking because bus is superior to car and car must give way. Buses are heavily loaded with passengers sitting on roof (illegal) and a few hanging on stair behind. Shakar garh bus has no AC. Air and dust gushes from first window slapping each passenger, making it’s way through last window. Conductor hangs with one arm locked in bus door handle, while rest body flutters in air. Bus doesn’t bothers to stop for people on route. But if by any chance driver thinks of stopping, rider should know that 15km/h means bus has stopped. Nightmare starts when another bus comes nearby, it’s declared final of Piston Cup. Both buses rev parallel on two way traffic. While the incoming traffic honks, inaudible to driver. Now, you may ask why do people ride them? Because they love them, people want to pay for bus and get airplane ride enjoyment. That’s why!
