Well, thanks to these companies for being a mainstream outlet of protest against animal cruelty as well as thousands of Canadians that strived for cosmetic testing on animals to be illegal in Canada, it finally happened!

The bill essentially states that cosmetic animal testing and the sale of cosmetics developed or manufactured using animal testing is prohibited in the country.

Although it's still pretty early to tell when exactly the bill will officially become law, it's safe to say it won't be too long before all animal testing will be a thing of the past in Canada.
