Passport checkers at Heathrow used to say "welcome home" if you had a British passport. Now you just hold your passport on a scanner, and even if you do get your passport checked by a human, there's no welcome home. :(

Narita has a Pokecenter with it's own Pikachu dressed as a Narita pilot! I bought one and I love him

Whenever I fly back from overseas to Malaysia (my home country) on Malaysia Airlines, the arrival announcement in the cabin would go:

To all visitors, welcome to Malaysia, and to all Malaysians, welcome home

Never fails to make me feel warm and cosy inside.
