The fight isn't over just yet, as important as today's victory may be. The proposal will continue being debated, and a new mandate will be voted on in September.

It's worth mentioning that today's vote was a vote on entering inter-institutional negotiations with the Council of the EU, which adopted some of the regrettable proposals already in its position.

It's not over yet. Procedurally, this isn't an end, more like a setback for the proponents of this law. Politically, the will behind this proposal still exists and will still try to push it through in one form or the other.

But for today, fuck yeah!
