Hey, I'm not american, so I've got some questions for those of you who do know how your congress works (serious objective replies only pls): 1) While she could do that subpoena, is it guaranteed she will? 2) If she does, and it results in finding incriminating information, what can she do with it? Does it have to be handed over to Mueller's investigation or would it be grounds to start an impeachment process regardless of the results of that investigation? 3) If democrats do win the midterms, or at least get the best possible projected outcome, would republicans still have ways (legal options don't come up with crazy stuff) to block this from going forward / block an impeachment process?
And finally, regarding the impeachment process, wouldn't that just result in Mike Pence becoming president for the rest of the term?

That committee can ALREADY subpoena the records. Why isn't that been done yet?
