my loaves get stale like this sometimes, just saw off a piece and nuke it in the microwave for 15secs, it'll come out steamy and soft.

as a /r/Breadit regular i'd just like to say nice crust but that crumb is either either over or under proofed, and also the starter probably needs more feedings to build up an active culture.
