Love this! My neighbor and I are in a nice war... I make them cupcakes, they return the dish with fresh baked cookies in it. We check in on their pets on vacation, they let us borrow their chain saw... He just aggressively escalated the situation, mowing our loan after he finished his own because he "had extra time". We're plotting our next move. I love this neighbor :-)
