I'm in favor of this one. I like tearing bread, and its an extraordinarily efficient bread storage idea, from a square footage perspective.
Downside: fellow diners grasping your bread. But I'm not a mincing germaphobe so that doesn't bother me. I suppose if I was dining with a street junkie with a runny nose it'd be a problem, but at that point my mind would be on the sex.
