Hearing about how companies show workers anti-union propaganda videos as part of training, fire workers who even accidentally blink the word “unionize” in Morse code, and on top of that treat them like complete and utter garbage, it’s kind of hard not to believe that they have it coming to them. Well, I mean, a lot of factory owners in the US are separated from their workers by an ocean, a heavily enforced border with strict immigration policy preventing people from poor countries without a sufficiently high income from getting a visa, and a gate that guards the entrance to their neighborhood.
