How do you work this out? I don't have a lot of friends. I have very close family, and my wife, who is my best friend. I most enjoy being at my house with my wife and my son. I guess I'm saying I don't want a lot of friends. I met a guy recently and it's just been this back and forth on the phone... I'm busy today, traffic's too bad the next day, too many plans next weekend, he works this day, I work that day. Eventually it's just like... I give up. Then there's this social guilt or feeling of being a flake. It's hard to reconcile when you're an adult and all you want to do is be at home and dink around in your backyard.
