Report it to Redbox. Don't people know they have their card number?! They're just going to charge you for it if you steal it. Returning it with paper isn't going to work.
Welcome to red box, this happens all the time. Call em and they'll give you a free rental voucher. Of course next rental will also be paper so you'll eventually decide to stop using red box.
