I worked with a chick at a pub that got fired for drinking behind the bar while working and she got an attorney saying the owner fired her because she was a woman.... other than the owner... we (all the employees) are women.
The original picture is Whitney Wisconsin, the dogfucker. It was probably a joke to begin with because I'm pretty sure she makes her money elsewhere

Edit2: People keep asking how I recognized her so quickly, I saw this exact picture unblurred in a different thread like an hour before, and knew about her from the whole leafyishere thing a couple years ago
We had a housekeeper at the hotel I used to work at who got fired. He was constantly late, did a shitty job cleaning the rooms and would often wander off during his shift. Several times the maintenance man would catch him in supply rooms he had no business being in.
Finally the owner fired him and the guy sued the hotel, saying we fired him because he was black. For starters, if we were going to fire him for being black, we would have saved the time by not hiring him in the first place (or the rest of our black employees...) He also personally called me out in the lawsuit because of a note that I had foolishly left for another employee (and he saw) that complained about how terrible of an employee he was. Which apparently made me racist. Suit went nowhere of course.
