It's near Rovaniemi, on the Arctic Circle, and will thus be icebound at least 5 months of the year. If the bears and wolves (not to mention ravenous reindeer) won't get you in the winter, the mosquitoes will in the summer.

It's called Kotisaari, "home island", and here is a picture of it in the winter. It's also right in the middle of the Rovaniemi "metropolis".

Because of how still that water was and the presence of the clouds for just a split second, my mind told me that this island was floating in the sky.
