This guy drops his unique weapon, Ass Destroyer, when you defeat him. He isn't too tough if you go into the fight with the right potions to counter his status effects but it's not really worth doing the side quest for.
Ass Destroyer has a special buff that increases your enemy's fear stat while you have it equipped, but it does surprisingly little damage and you have to keep repairing it all the time. So if you use it, it's this tedious grind where your enemy is more or less frozen in place with fear and you're spending minutes on end to kill them.
It's much better to do the related side quest to kill Daffy the Vengeful and get his unique weapon, Putthy Thlayer, instead.
