For me, ROTS has always had the most beautiful final shot of any of the Star Wars films. Plus you’ve just been through the emotional gut-punch of Order 66 and all the final deaths/duels. Not my favorite Star Wars movie, but it’s probably the only Star Wars ending that leaves me a little choked up each time.
I was going to comment that most of the movies seem to end with a distance shot of our characters, but then I realized that all the movies start with a very distant shot of them anyway.

To sum up: Lots of distance. All over the place.

Honestly Rogue One threw me off for a moment, I get they're ordered in canonical progression but still.
