Once saw a documentary about the domestication of wolves where someone brought home a wolf pup to live with them and tried to treat it as a puppy.
Despite what movies have taught me, they did not end up forming a magical bond and facing adversity together. Instead the people just had a massive aggro killing machine in their house they couldn't control.
