Seems pretty easy to kill. The guy in the screenshot had already decapitated seven of him.

Don’t eat any of the food from your inventory during this fight, as Bäldrith will disguise itself as such and internally attack. Believe me, it’s a pain. Recommended you sell all your food and buy potions just for this boss battle.
