For a little background this is the "Blue" Carpet outside the Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.
It was quite controversial when it went up, as the tiles cost around £1.4 Million, and frankly, it's just not very blue
Anyway it'll probably be ripped out soon according to our local paper here
