This is cool! I would have not put the clouds in myself, and maybe a bit of a thicker rim to differentiate between the two scenes more distinctly but regardless this is cool
Edges of the scene in the cup are not very neatly erased/blurred, and the scene could do with some inner shadows to create depth/make it look like the cup is raised around it. Nice concept though!
So like everyone else has said, you might want to think about giving the edge of the cup more depth.
I also think it would be cool to make the clouds wispier and bigger - so there are more layers: the clouds, the cup, the table, and the ocean scene inside the cup.
