My teeth are way more pointy than the person in the picture. Does this mean I’m a pure carnivore?

Wouldn’t it be herbivore anyway? I’ve never heard anyone call a giraffe a vegan.

Herbivores or I guess “vegans” (according to that post) are usually opportunistic carnivores meaning if they can they will eat meat like bugs or dead animals or even fish. Deer are labeled as herbivores but will eat meat if the opportunity shows itself. There is no such thing as a vegan in nature, just survival.

Edit: I’m not attacking anyone’s diet, just pointing out that purposefully limiting diets are a luxury created by humans, who have access to a surplus of food, unlike wild animals in nature who are bound to their environment and what they can catch or find themselves.

Edit #2: if you would like to read more about this and why it happens (Smithsonian Magazine )

Edit #3: I’ve done angered r/vegan who took everything out of context

Edit #4: special thank you to people who chose to have limiting diets with rules that they only impose on themselves. To the people who chose to be hateful that others don’t follow their own dietary rules- it’s ok I validate you, thank you for being [insert your dietary choice]. Repeat that last phrase as much as you want.
